Explore a spicy space for education and connection, highlighting the experiences of Latinos/BIPOC who are neurodiverse.

Hi there,

I am a Latina diagnosed in her early 30's as Autistic and ADHD.

After becoming a wife, mom, and doctor...doing all the things... reading all the "self-help" books, doing the therapy...there was still something I could not figure out about myself. I was prompted by a coworker (now close friend) that I may be autistic. I had been asked this before, but that was when the DSM-4  criteria was more common knowledge (think stereotypical portrayals of autism in media). But! Now with the expansion of  concepts on how autism presents in the DSM-5, I finally found the missing link!

Follow me on my journey towards RE-discovering ourselves.

I couldn't find anyone who looked like me on YouTube, and so began my intense focus on creating a YouTube channel. I hope to grow a community for people of color to connect and feel seen.

Hope to talk to you soon. <3
