Anyone else nearly have a #panicattack if their route to work is closed? This is one things that really annoys me about being #autistic . It adds additional cognitive load and creates #anxiety . Logically I know it’s not a big deal, but now my brain is reprocessing everything that needs to happen now in a #bottomupprocessing way. My feet start to get cold, my heart starts to race….
